Reporting Manager: Regional Sales Manager Sales Information Manager
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Region Sales Reporting and analysis
-Design and provide sales report to national sales information team and regional sales team in regular frequency. The report include but not limited to: future booking report, shipment report, stock to sales, monthly sell-thru tracking, monthly POS sales report, comp door growth analysis, etc
-Collect and validate raw data from sales team and/or from customer
-Work closely with national sales information team, as well as different internal department to enhance sales information accuracy, consistence and data sharing efficiency
-Have concrete understanding on business unit situation, regional account business development performance hence to provide business insight from analyst point of view to assist management team’s decision making and strategy implementation
-Keep very close touch-base with regional sales team and assist their data and report needs in an efficient way upon request
Region POS information management
-Regularly clean-up and update region’s POS list
-Monitor and follow-up closely with Retail team on Nike-only door information update after sales team submit door info change request
QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor degree or above in statistics, mathematics or data analysis related subjects
-At least 3 years working experiences of reporting, data analysis in multi-national company
-Very familiar with Excel operation, command of Access is a plus
-Good communication skill
-Good English both in oral and written
